We have aligned ourselves with suppliers and marketing to ensure that we maximize our green credentials, get involved in local charity work and respond to customer feedback.The Alfresco Team The Alfresco Team have over 60 years experience in the horticulture/construction industry that ensures that the conceived idea can be turned into reality with the care, attention to detail and streamlined project management for which Alfresco is well known. Designer and Director Alastair Peat works with the premise that people deal with people which ensures that the Alfresco experience is one of enjoyment on both sides. Alastair set up Alfresco Landscaping as his passion for gardening, plant care and construction had been a hobby for many years. Designing and constructing gardens for friends and family around other work gave the ideal background for the business. Alastair graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Engineering and followed a career in Project management through the petrochemical and Power generation industries honing his skills in supplier management, customer care, logistics and turning an idea into reality. He stepped out of this field to set up Alfresco to enjoy the excitement of creating enjoyable spaces for people to relax and entertain in their own gardens. The level of repeat business and word of mouth recommendations underlines the quality of work and relationships built during the projects. Alastair lives in Helpston with his wife and young daughters playing tennis and golf when time allows.

Green Credentials – The undertaking of any construction activity will result in waste products. To dispose of site waste we only use skip companies that operate waste transfer stations where the skips are emptied, sorted and all available materials that can be recycled are separated resulting in less than 5% going to landfill. For the natural stone supplies from overseas, we ensure that our suppliers operate an ethically sound supply chain to ensure that all workers are of an appropriate age and paid an appropriate wage.
